🛍 Orders

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or during holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order has not yet entered the packaging or fulfillment stage, we may be able to modify or cancel it.

What payment methods do you accept?

I didn’t receive a confirmation email—what should I do?

Please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder first.
If you still can’t locate your confirmation email or believe your email address was entered incorrectly, contact us and we’ll be happy to resend it.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We currently ship to:

  • All U.S. states, including Hawaii and Alaska

  • Canada

  • Australia

  • United Kingdom

  • Select European Union countries

How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited U.S. Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (dependent on destination and customs processing)


How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link.
You can also view your order status at any time by logging into your account.


My order says “Delivered,” but I can’t find it. What should I do?

Before contacting us, please check:

  • With neighbors, roommates, or building staff

  • Mailboxes, parcel lockers, or alternate delivery locations

  • Around entrances such as porches, garages, or side doors

If you’re still unable to locate your package, contact us immediately so we can assist with the carrier investigation.


🔁 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in original packaging.

Which items are non-returnable?

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged products

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Opened beauty or hygiene products (for safety reasons)


Who pays for return shipping?

  • If the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item, we will cover return shipping.

  • If the return is due to personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Please email clear photos of the issue to jofrocnb572@hotmail.com within 72 hours of delivery.
Our team will respond within 24 hours and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.


Do your products include a warranty?

Warranty coverage varies by product type.
For cookware, appliances, or specialty items, warranty details can be found on the product page or by contacting our support team.


🧾 Additional Information

Do you accept discount or promo codes?

Yes. If you have a valid discount code, you can apply it at checkout.
Please note that promotions may not be combined unless otherwise stated.


Can I place an order as a gift?

Absolutely.
Select the gift option at checkout to remove price information. When available, we also offer gift-ready packaging.
